How can I refuse the email from Atlassian Answers?

I received many mails from atlassian Answers. It is so irritating to me. Please tell me how can avoid it ?

I would go here and check "unwatch" to the topics i watch but don't want any more.

At the bottom of every email there is a link to "Unsubscribe from all notifications".

Hey Wang,

Another option, in case you think you might want to look at these e-mails in the future, is to create a filter on your e-mail box so you'll not see those e-mails on the inbox. smile

Otherwise, if you really don't want to receive them any longer you will need to unwatch the topics just as Panos has mentioned.
