I want to allow people reading the content in my Confluence spaces to give quick satisfaction feedback on each article (ie, "Was this helpful?"). Ideally, this would take the form of a thumbs up or down, stars, or some other quick CSAT indicator.
I've been doing a lot of searching and reviewing Confluence apps in the marketplace and I can't find a third party that does this for Confluence cloud, and frankly I'm surprised this feature isn't built into a documentation system.
Where do I go from here? I need to be able to collect feedback and support my internal customers appropriately.
Thanks!
Hi Becky. There were some other articles that I found for Confluence Server, but that's not going to help you in the cloud. I did find this suggestion that was submitted to Atlassian: CONFCLOUD-5640 , if you want you could Vote for and Watch it.
Thank you, Dan! I'll add my vote. In the meantime, I guess I have to start trying to train my users to put a thumbs up or down reaction on our pages if they feel so moved...not the most useful solution. Appreciate your help!

hi @Becky Rudeseal - we also were looking for an app to provide this functionality but couldn't find one that fit our needs so had our Engineering team build a simple Atlassian Forge app to provide it in Confluence Cloud. Its available on the Atlassian Marketplace (currently in beta).
