Welcome to the Atlassian Community @Michał Pawełek
Currently, the Insight Macro is only available for the Insight server and DC Confluence.
There's already a suggestion raised for providing this macro in Confluence Cloud. I would suggest you to vote for it and start watching it for updates.
Thank you. Is there any other way to do "phone book" in Confluence using Insight data?

No, there's no other way currently to accomplish this on confluence cloud.

Like @Kishan Sharma mentioned as of now there isn't any way to call insight related data to confluence cloud.
It's only a plugin feature available in Confluence Server.

I have installed "Assets - Confluence Macro" for Data Center since Insight Macro doesn't exist anymore or it was renamed.
When I type { insight ... in Confluence the macro won't show up. I refreshed the page and nothing happend.
Then I tried to type {asset ... and voila, the Insight Objects can be chosen and edited
