How can i make gif image pop up upon opening of home page

Can we make random gif image to be popped up the moment confluence home page opens. i.e every time the main home page opens that particular image should pop up. same way as adds opens up, upon opening particular website. Can that be done?

Unfortunately, such animated GIFs with pop-ups are not supported by Atlassian. Refer to CONFSERVER-22996.

Instead, you can add a GIF to you home page or the page you want it in. You can enclose your GIF in an expand macro, which the user can minimize after viewing.
