I have noticed that the free version of my Confluence account has been deactivated due to inactivity. I saw the email late. It was deactivated on 6 Nov 2023; today is 12 Dec 2023, making it approximately five weeks.
I have tried from my end to see if I could, but I could not. I need help recovering these super-important simulation projects I saved.
Should my account and the data be restored, I shall be setting reminders to prevent this horrible incident from repeating.
Could the technical team intervene on my behalf, please?

I am sorry to hear this happening - I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Advocates team to see if your cloud site can still be restored.
You can raise a ticket via our Contact Us Page >> billing and licensing.
Moving forward to avoid the system from deactivating your free cloud site please make sure to maintain activity and don't let your free Confluence site sit idle for more than 120 days - more details about this in our Track storage and move data across products
