I didn't notice that i have 11 users in my Confluence team, so my plan was changed automatically to standard. Now I removed the 11th user and we are 10 active users, but i cant change back to my free plan. How can i do that?
This is what i see when i try to acces manage subscription. So my plan was changed automatically when i had 11 users, and right now my standard plan trial ended. I removed the 11th user but i cant downgrade to free plan back.
@Zaharia Daniel it looks like you extend free plan user limit and standard plan trial finished so Atlassian is waiting for billing details to unblock your app.
IMO - you should talk with atlassian support about that.

1. Click the cog wheel in the upper right menu
2. In the left menu under Atlassian Administration" select Billing
3. Click Manage next to Confluence App.
4. Click Change Plan
5. Select Free Plan and accept.

With above you should be able to change plan easily.
