How can people see their profile picture on a Confluence page?

We can configure and use profile picture macro to see one's image on the page. 

However, my requirement is depending on the current user the profile picture of that user is shown on the page. Is it possible to configure profile picture macro dynamically (automatically at run time) such that any user who opens a page (with profile picture macro) sees his/her profile picture on it?

Sorry @mayank kapur , to the best of my knowledge , this is not possible in confluence out of the box.
