After the last Confluence update for Confluence 5, I have found out that there is no icon shown on each comment area that we can check each comment permanent link URL.
How can we have it?
The link is still there, but it has moved. No longer is it the "Link" icon. Now, it is the timestamp of the comment, the same way as Twitter:

it is kinda funny you still have "permanent link" link text on your comment and "link chain" icon on my comment for this function!

You would have to Copy Link Address to get the link.
