Need to understand how can we give our company wiki to end users without adding extra license.
I tried creating group but that didn't work.
You could check out my team's app Scroll Viewport: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211636/scroll-viewport-for-confluence
With it, you can publish one or more of your spaces as a website. In your case you could use authentication to keep the content private: https://help-cloud.k15t.com/scroll-viewport/Set-Up-Authenticated-Access.1381629960.html
Hello @mohammad adil khan
We built DeskBase (Cloud) to fix exactly this issue. You can create a website from your confluence content and publish live under your own domain. Site are updated automatically each time you add or edit your pages.
You can share this website either internally or externally, viewers do not need a confluence licence.
We are working on adding magic link login to allow users with @company.com emails to view the content while keeping private from others.
Happy to answer your questions.

@mohammad adil khan are you looking to allow these users to have read-only access? Any user that requires any edit/change access must be licensed. However there are ways to share content with external collaborators by making parts of your Confluence instance public that can alleviate your problem. That being said, any public content is public to ALL and cannot be limited to specific users or logins.
Let me know if this answers your question, and if you'd like instructions on how to set up public access.

@Andy Gladstone , Thank you for your quick respond. No we cannot share these content to external world, and need only active employees to have access to specific space only.
Let me know if this can be achieved or else we need to look for some another solution.

@mohammad adil khan what you are trying to accomplish is not possible. Any internal users that require access to Confluence pages, spaces and documents will require their own license. I'm sorry I could not assist.

@Andy Gladstone , this is an issue, we can't buy 3000+licenses for giving just a view access to our employees, we need some solution, or route me to the correct channel.
