The end result I want to have is the word 'here' appearing in the footer and when you click it, it leads to a Google form

Hi Emma, I struggle to find an answer to this question, and it's not explicitly documented.  The answer is to put the following markdown in the Footer section of your page:

[here|https://url_to_google_form.com]

You can also enter the page name as you do in wiki markup. In the Footer box on the Sidebar, header, and footer page (under Look and Feel in Space Tools):

My [Great Page] is the place to go.

where Great Page is the title of the page.

Hi Emma,

Select the text and then click on Insert, then Link (or just press Ctrl+K after selecting the text).  On the Insert Link dialog select Web link, and then enter the address of your Google form.

Good luck!
