How do I add a suggestion that a feature be added to watch part of a page tree?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Watch Pages, Spaces and Blogs

There are many cases where I want to watch part of a space but not the whole thing, including addition of pages to certain part of a page tree.

Just looked at the plugin and as you said, it is only for Server and not Cloud. So we're out of luck if we are using Cloud, right?
