How do I add shapes onto my images in Confluence ?

I wish to add a rectangle on a part of an image for the sake of highlighting it/drawing attention to it. How can i insert such shapes in Confluence?

I don't think you can, out of the box. You'll have to bring the image into a 3rd-party, image-editing program to add the rectangle.
