How do I change the permissions to open my knowledge base to customers?

I tried going to space settings and looked for permission setting but couldn't find any options for permissions (see screenshot)

You need space admin permission in order to see the Permissions tab.

Hi! You must have the space admin permission so you can configure permissions in the space, so if you aren't a space admin you can't see the "Permissions" tab :)

You are looking in the right place. If you had Admin permission on the space it would have all these options/tabs:

Please work with your Confluence administrators to follow this guide: Setting Up Public Access, because the global permissions have to be changed in addition to the space permissions to allow anonymous access.
