I would like to create a confluence team that I can use in @Mentions to avoid having to mention a large number of individual people.
Confluence in the Cloud help suggests it can be done in the People listing. However I can't see this option in the On Prem version using V7.4.0.
Is this an option that Admin could have locked down or is the feature not available in the server version ?
Hey @Rob Crick , I don't think it's available in Server. This is the documentation about mentions in Server and they only suggested about the Feature request to extend to group mentions.
Hi @Rob Crick
Do you know that using the Share function you can notify several users or even groups? What do you think about this workaround?

Workaround for a big list of mentions:
1) Create a "reference Page" with all the team listed as mentions for example 20 mentions. (at creation it will broadcast to all mentioned)
2) Refer to the reference page each time you want to broadcast to your team, copy the full list of mentions
3) Paste mentions into your new text that you want to broadcast.
Not neat but effective.

@Rob Crick , a quick addition to your Reference Page : list all participants in an Excerpt block.
Then, when I have to list people (without spaming everyone with notifications) in other pages, I can do it very easily :-)
