How do I create a space shortcut?

I need to add a shortcut to a different page in the left-hand menu bar. I watched a tutorial on how to do this, and it showed a plus sign next to the "Space Shortcuts" section, which I do not have.

Did you have activated the feature for your space ? 
Go to : Space Settings > General > Features
