How do I create global template in confluence?

Would like to create common template that can be used across spaces. Need to know if I have access to create global template.

You need to be confluence admin for this

If you are admin then go to Homepage of confluence > settings > you will find

Global Templates and Blueprints under configuration

click on add global page template & save it.

later try creating page Select template list availble from the options
