How do I display an attached file AS A LINK in the new editor?

In the legacy editor, when I uploaded an attached document I had the option to click on the image that appeared on my Confluence page and SHOW AS LINK; however, I can't find this option in the new editor?

@Anne DawsonThe new editor does not have this functionality.
