I have create a space in order to manage company policies, I created content statuses and then decided I wanted to remove one of my custom statuses.
I also wanted to edit one of the Space defined content status.
I couldn't do either :(
Am I the only one?
Hi @Angelos Devletoglou ,
please take a look to the following simlar thread https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/How-do-you-remove-custom-statuses/qaq-p/2195589
Hope this helps,

Confluence page statuses can be done better than what Atlassian offers in Confluence.
I recommend looking at the suite of features in Better Content Archiving for Confluence. It has automatic statuses and much more.
This is a comprehensive article on Confluence page statutes >>
It's a tutorial on what's possible for Confluence page status with pointers on how to continue beyond statuses and create a Confluence content lifecycle management strategy.
Go this way if you prefer a video >>
(Please note that Better Content Archiving is a free/paid, and supported app and I'm part of the team developing it.)

Looks powerful, I will bear this plugin in mind but right now I don't want to start adding plugins and trying to use the out of the box capabilities until we mature our documentation process and look for improvements.
Thank you
