How do I export Confluence page into an email?

Hi Team, We create our notifications in Confluence pages and have a lot of trouble while copying them into emails, as a lot of content loses its formatting and pictures are lost as well (only their links are carried).

Is there any add-on or any mechanism with which this problem can be handled.

generate a pdf out of the page and send it per email
