How do I get 'Add Attachments' space permission?

I am trying to embed an image onto my wiki page and it keeps saying that I do not have the permission to do so. Could you please let me know where I could request the permission?

Hello,

you need the Add Attachments space permission.

It can be granted by the admin of your space or Confluence instance.
