I cannot view photos added to my Confluence pages. I need to add some diagrams and some documentation requires photos, so this is an important feature for me. I've tried adding through macro as well as pasting the image. If I paste, sometimes the image shows up until I publish or preview, which makes it disappear.
I've tried clearing cache and restarting browser, as well as Microsoft Edge instead of Chrome. Nothing seems to work. I have a paid Jira account but not a paid confluence yet, so I apparently cannot submit a ticket.
Any tips?
Hi David. Is this still happening? I know there were some service issues with Confluence yesterday which may have been at play here. Normally this type of behaviour is caused by some sort of bandwidth issue and is temporary.
Yes, it is still happening today.. I tried copy/paste and upload and both resulted in the 'failed to load' message

I wouldn't use copy and paste. Try adding the images via the UI. How you do this depends on whether you're using the Cloud or Server version. In the cloud there is this icon...

I appreciate the advice.. I also used the upload - I'm in the cloud version.
