How do I label a thumbnail?

I am trying to find a way to label a thumbnail so I can see at a glance what the document/attachment is. I'm new to Confluence so be gentle.

We have all been there :), there a few options:

1. Edit page/ Select Image/ Properties/ Title. Creates label when mouse hovers-over the image
2. Go to page. Select ellipsis (...)/ Attachments/ Edit label column
