How do I limit the Rovo agent knowledge to a specific Google Drive folder, not the entire drive?

I'm trying to configure a Rovo agent and would like the knowledge sources to be limited to certain approved files in a single Google Drive folder. Currently the only option is to limit custom knowledge based on Confluence spaces. I have tried smart linking the specific Google documents into my Confluence space, but the Rovo agent is still unable to access those documents. 

It's important that the Rovo agent only references approved documents from the Google Drive to avoid serving users outdated and wrong information. What can I do?

If you're using Atlassian Rovo and want to limit the sources indexed from third-party connectors like Google Drive and Microsoft SharePoint, you can utilize the blocklist feature.

Here's how to manage the blocklist:

• During Connector Setup: As you are initially setting up the Google Drive or SharePoint connector for Rovo, you will have the option to "Manage blocklist".
• After Connector Setup: If the connector is already configured, you can access the blocklist through your Atlassian administration settings:
  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com.
  2. Select your organization if you have more than one.
  3. Go to Settings > Rovo.
  4. Under the Sites tab, expand the site where the connector is by selecting the chevron ().
  5. Next to Google Drive or SharePoint, select More actions () and then select "Edit blocklist".
