How do I remove JIRA Issue Filter headers and footers from displaying

I am including the JIRA Issue/Filter option in my page.

I want to remove the column header labels and remove the footer (# of issues found and refresh)

Basically I only want to display the 'results' not 'extra' labelling about the results.

I am displaying the results in cells in a table, so the 'extra' labelling ends up taking up 'space' and makes the results not readable.

I use the JIRA Issues Macro quite heavily, and I have not found a way to do that...unfortunately.
