We offer an all inclusive banquet menu meaning tax and tip are included in the entree price. I need to know how to seperate the items so the food is paid for and the tax is captured and the servers receive their tip on their reports. I am guessing it will show as a gratuity because it is forced. Any ideas would be very helpful. We have a lunch menu, dinner menu and specialty menu we offer so each has a different food price. Our tax rate is 8.010% and each item is grated differently. Complicated but customers love the convenience. Any help is more that greatly appreciated. Thank you
