How do I show JIRA issues in Confluence?

I have a single Confluence Space and a single JIRA project.  I would like to show JIRA issues in Confluence.  However, when I attempt to use the JIRA Issue/Filter, I receive a http timeout error.

I've tried to use the JIRA macro repair option in the Confluence Settings.  However, the outcome is the same.

I've looked for other settings to link Confluence and JIRA, but can't find anything.

Does anyone have suggestions on how I can resolve this error?

Can you please share the application link status of both JIRA and Confluence?

It should be written as connected on statuses of application links
