How do I view a list of restricted blogs in a project?

I can view restricted pages but can't see the blog equivalent. But blogs are pages?

I need to change users that can see existing blogs. A list to go through in the same way as pages would be helpful.

No, blogs are not pages - they are a specific content type in Confluence.
