How do i configure Cloud Confluence to show Workbox -> tasks

I am an administrator for Confluence (Cloud) and can't seem to see Workbox Tasks to allow user to create and manage their own tasks.

Hi, Eduardo,

Workbox and in-app notifications configuration is not available on Confluence Cloud.

You can check more details at Restricted functions in Confluence Cloud.

That said, users can view their tasks by going to Profile > Tasks, or by using the Tasks Report macro.

Hi Eduardo,

 

There are no admin configuration options for the Workbox.  Users can view their tasks by going to Profile > Tasks, or by using the Tasks Report macro.
