How do you remove invitations, so to add other users (FreeVersion)

We are using the free 10 user version of Confluence. We have 5 active users and sent out an additional 5 invitations. The 5 additional invited do not wish to join.  How can we remove those invites so we can add others?

Thanks for your response.  Unfortunately,  I  do not have access to the 'Gear tool' - User management area. I am using the free cloud based version of Confluence.  Should I see this?

@Scott Orangio I recommend contacting your Admin, who is able to solve this if you cannot do it yourself.
