Hi Colin,
If this link is on an existing page, are you getting any error when trying to edit it manually during a page edit?
Alternatively, you can change it via database if it's not possible through the GUI. Just go to the BODY_CONTENT table that stores the content for all pages and look for the contentid of the offending page (should be on the CONTENT table).
