How can I convert a Child Page into it's own Parent Page?

@Johnathon SisounthoneYou can simply move the page to same level of the current parent or if that parent is also child of any other page then simply move the page to under the space home page.

If Test1 is parent of Test2 and Test1 is under the space home page (Test3), then move Test2 under the space home page (Test3)
