I would like to get a complete list of all categories, spaces and pages within our confluence which can then be downloaded into a csv file.

The information I would like to include:

-Name of category, space or page

-Creation date

-Who created it

-Last modified

- Who last modified it

-Most recent activity

The reason for this is because I would like to conduct an audit and see what categories, spaces and pages are in use and what can we shut down. I know a similar report can be done in Jira, just cant see where I can do it in Confluence.

Hi @Lucy Thompson!

If you would be interested in a third-party app for Confluence reporting, you can check out eazyBI https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219504/eazybi-reports-and-charts-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Here are some example reports in a demo account; you can see if this would be useful for you: https://docs.eazybi.com/plugins/servlet/eazybi/accounts/6/dashboards/9-page-view-analysis. Note that all reports can be exported (also to CSV).

Let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with!

@Lucy Thompson

You could use the Confluence API to find all the spaces and the content under those spaces.

If you are on server you can use this app to get some of the information you are after.  https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/123/better-content-archiving-for-confluence?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview

I think you should also be able to pull all the information on cloud or server through easy BI https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219504/eazybi-reports-and-charts-for-confluence?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
