How to Link read from one "Excel Table Spread Sheet" into another "Excel Table Spread Sheet" on the same Confluence page?

The Table Spreadsheet macro stores its data as a .tfss page attachment. So, if you need to reuse a specific spreadsheet, you may insert a new Table Spreadsheet macro, go to the menu File -> Open and choose what .tfss attachment (what spreadsheet) you need to reuse.

The spreadsheet data will be read from and saved to the selected attachment. You can work with a copy of the attachment by saving it as a new attachment (File > Save as).

And you may also use the Table Spreadsheet Include macro to reuse data from your spreadsheets. This macro works similar to the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros but regarding spreadsheets.

The included data can't be changed via the Table Spreadsheet Include macro (the macro only reflects the data from the original spreadsheet) but it can be wrapped in Table Filter, Pivot Table and other our macros for further manipulations.

If the question was how to address specific cells from another spreadsheet, then it is not possible. You can address only cells from other sheets within the same spreadsheet.

Let me inform you we've released a new macro - Spreadsheet from Table - which allows transferring your regular table or a table outputting a macro's content (such as, for example, Page Properties Report or Jira macro) into Table Spreadsheet with all its tools. This should help your use case (you can try combining Spreadsheet from Table with Table Spreadsheet Include).

P.S. If you don't see the macro available in your Confluence Cloud instance, please approach your Confluence admin and ask him to update Table Filter and Charts for Confluence manually from the administration settings.
