How to Perform a Full Confluence Cloud Backup Without Admin Access?

Hi everyone,
I’m using Confluence Cloud and would like to back up my content, but I can’t find the Administration menu or Backup Manager option. I suspect I don’t have admin permissions.

Is there a way to back up my space or content without full admin access?
Also, what are my options for exporting a full space or project if I’m just a regular user?

Welcome to the community.

For a full Confluence backup (site-backup),  this action requires administrative permissions.

For a full space export, you need to be space administrator.
