How to access configuring sidebar

I'm trying to follow these instructions, but I can't find the space tools

"To start configuring the sidebar, choose Space tools > Configure sidebar."

Where is the space tools link?

I figured it out, we're on Cloud not server version. different functionality

Typically, it is at the bottom of the left hand page navigation bar.

I've got a pencil icon in bottom of left nav, which lets me reorder items in left nav, but it's not the interface described in the kb article.

Which Confluence version do you use? Is a an app like Refind Wiki installed in your instance?

No Refind Wiki installed, we have OOB set up.
