Hello,
I am currently learning how to use the new editing functions in a confluence page.
I am unable to see how I add a border around an image?
Please could someone point me in the right direction.
Regards

You can create a 1-cell table and put the image inside that. This will give (the illusion of) a narrow, black border
Hi @Alyda W
A very unsatisfactory answer, unfortunately.
I was experimenting with markdown to see what I could do.
I could get an image to appear in the page to appear (but no formatting) if I used the following syntax (note that I needed some alternative text or the image wouldn't appear).

eg Alternative text Logo and LogoHeader.png appears from page 78464769.

The image wouldn't appear unless I wrote the above in a text editor (eg. notepad or TextEdit) and then pasted into the Confluence page. Note: TextEdit had to be in plain text.
I tried applying some formatting (size, etc), hoping to get a border - but no luck. Perhaps you might get further than I did.
So my unsatisfactory workaround would be to create a one cell table and place the image in it, you could place the table in a layout.
