How to add multiple tabs in confluence page
In addition to the options mentioned above, you can check the Mosaic option. Using it, you can create multiple tabs at once without combining multiple macros or containers. In addition, it provides branding customisation and advanced nesting.

As the link kindly provided by @Bibek Behera depicts, there is no such feature out-of-the-box.
You may find smth similar among the standard Confluence macros (for example, the Expand macro) or search the Atlassian Marketplace for suitable 3rd party apps.
Also maybe the existing apps that are already installed for your Confluence instance can serve as a workaround for your case.

So, you may use our Table Spreadsheet macro as a substitute for tabs: you'll get an Excel-like spreadsheet where you can add/delete sheets. These sheets may be used as tabs to organize your data.
