How to add tagcloud feature to dashboard

Hello guys,

Now, I want to add a tagcloud feature to dashboard, the plugin has been installed . But the problem that I can see "Edit" in my dashboard and the tagcloud only can be shown by "Browse"-->"Global Tagcloud"/
"Space Tagcloud".How shoud do to make the feature shown on the page anytime when I visist the dashboard.

Now, I can make the tagcloud shown on a page by the following tags:

{cumulus:70|width=400|height=300|minStyle=6|maxStyle=12|tcolor=0x3d3cf2|tcolor2=0x333333}
{tagcloud: format=cumulus|minSize=9|maxSize=50|truncate=40}
{cumulus}

But, the problem is I can not edit the dashboard, there is no "Edit" item on the dashboard page.Then how can I manage this?
