I'm trying to create the following automation in a private space:

  • WHEN: blog published
  • THEN: email all space users

I haven't been able to find a way to address all the users of a space with a blanket variable (i.e. @here). Is there any way to do this?

Hello

There is no direct way to specify all users. The easiest way is to use groups, like jira-software-users, which contains all users of "Jira Software." If you don’t have a group that includes all users, you would need to create one manually and add all the necessary users to it.

Thanks for confirming. I anticipated the need to create new groups it's just an internal hassle. Looks like that's the next step.
