Hello
I have found some tutorials for building company glossary with Confluence, but only server add on. I cannot find any add ons / tutorials for building it on a cloud version of Confluence, so my question is, is it possible to build company glossary on the Cloud instance of Confluence? If yes, can I please get some directions?
Thanks,
Ivica
Hi Ivica
I have detailed how I maintain my glossary in another answer - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Glossary-quick-populate/qaq-p/387807
It uses Excel formulae to build the expandable entrees and answers.
Hope this help.
Thanks, Sandy

Hi Ivica,
There is a new glossary add-on for the cloud version of Confluence
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/glossary/cloud/overview
You can easily manage technical terms in an interactive glossary. While reading a page those terms can automatically be looked up and will be displayed together with their definitions.

Hi Stefan,
I am sorry that you experienced issues with the add-on.
I would be happy to help you sort those things out. So maybe you could elaborate on what exactly is not working.
Note that there is a user guide which covers how the add-on works basically. If your specific issue is not addressed there please contact our support, support@peter-eigenschink.at.

Hi Ivica,
For now, there's a feature request in order to make Glossary add-on available for Cloud, as you can see here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-37580
The only option, for now, is to vote and comment on this request in order to increase its visibility, since unfortunately, there's no alternative for this add-on in Cloud version.
