Hi,
I have 2 work-spaces with Confluence to collobarate with external people. Both have distinct URLs. Now one project is over. How do I delete everything there and stop subscribing that project (so that I do not have to pay for it any longer) and still keep my other project/site (which of course I will continue o pay)?
Thanks,
Thomas
First, you need to have administrator privileges for that space. If so, you should be able to just go to "Space Tools" in the lower left-hand corner of any page on that site, select "Overview," and then the "Delete Space" tab.
Hello,
I could already delete the "Space" that was there and all pages within. My question was how to delete the whole "project" (or how do you call a "thing" that contains "spaces")? This Project is also the URL like https://project_Thomas.atlassian.net And I want to delete this Project so that I do not need to pay for it any longer.
Thanks,
Thomas

Hi Thomas,
on Confluence you can create sites, which belong to spaces. If you want to delete a space, take a look at Bill's guide. If you want to remove the whole project, I suppose that you need to do this on project settings in Jira (of course, as a site admin as well).

Ula.

Hello Urszula,
I have never used Jira and am not sure if I have an account for that.
I think it is a little bit unfair from Atlassian that it is so easey to create a new confluence project (and pay for it) but no one can tell me how to stop it.
So can you please tell me HOW I use Jira or whatever to take out this project? BTW I have also created a ticket at your help-desk for it (CA-668179)
Best regards,
Thomas

Hello,
in the meantime I got answer from the Helpdesk: I need to go to my.atlassian net with my account. There I can see all my sites and cancel the respective one. So everything is fine now.
