How to change Open Notification link in the Confluence?

Dear Atlassian Group,

I have shared the page in the confluence and It has notified in Workbox "Open Notification" with the wrong URL.

Wrong URL: https://company:8447/confluence/plugins/servlet/undefined/display/DT/Development

Correct URL: https://company:8447/confluence/display/DT/Development

My Server Base URL: https://company:8447/confluence

Could you please help to correct the url?

Me too, over the last 3 updates! Don't have any clue how to fix it!

Please check your database collation. I have had 2 support cases in which this issue was solved by changing from latin1 to utf8_bin.
