How to change from embedded test database (h2) to an already exisiting MySQL database?

I have an half functionally working Confluence right now. I installed the package 7.6.1 and everything worked fine till I activated the Licence key. Now the system tells me to change the embedded database and I can't change user permissions/groups aka my system is broken. How can I change the database? The Knowledgment Article doesn't really help at all.
