How to change welcome video?

I need to show my own video to new users. How can I change video in welcome.action?

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no native way to change the welcome message youtube video.

You can still customise what users see when they log-in for the first time, by disabling that welcome page altogether following How to skip the onboarding page (welcome.action) for new users in Confluence and then customising their first "Welcome Message" with your own video by following Editing the Site Welcome Message, this way new users will just log-in into Confluence and get your custom welcome message as the first page on the right side.
