How to choose what field is shown in the 'Entry backlink' field.

I have set up a database for Vendor Contracts with an 'Entry link' field to the Vendors database.
On the Vendors database I have set up an 'Entry backlink' field:
The issue is that in the Vendors database I want the 'Contract' field to show the contract name not "Brennan". How do I accomplish this please?
