How to configure this Add On?

Hi there,

I've searched a while but didn't found something helpful.

Simple question: how do I configure this Add On after Installation? I found the point where I could change the .xml, but do I need to change something to get it working?

I got the Attributes I want to synchronize in JIRA (e.g. phone number).
