How to convert Wiki markup into standard HTML?

I am writing a web application that I am reading in several pages from a Wiki. When I read these pages in with my API it comes in as wiki markup.

<\/ac:link><\/ac:parameter><\/ac:structured-macro> 

 Does anyone know how to convert this to standard HTML?
