How to delete or disable jira account

I'm trying to delete or disable Jira account, but do not have the 'delete' or 'disable' option.

How are your users configured?

If you have them synced via AD, you have to remove the user from the (I assume) JIRA group you have configured to have application access.

PS: Please fix the tag to JIRA not Confluence.

I don't know if you are in server version or in cloud version, but you can find all the information about users on this pages:

But this problem looks like LDAP permission.
