How to delete page??

HOW??

1 hour 15 minutes trying to delete it but there is no option! Insane!

You don't seem to have the right to delete this page.

Otherwise right open the three dots, delete in the menu at the bottom.

Unless you are the author of a confluence page or a Space administrator you will have have permissions to delete page.

Contact the page Administrator or Confluence Admin to delete the page.
