How to edit a Confluence Page Properties?

While exporting a confluence page as PDF I realized that on our company template we have a table with: 

-Page Property (Security)
-Page Property (Document Number)
-Page Property (Version)
-Page Property (Export Date)
-Page Property (Status)

After exporting, looking at the export PDF I see that only the export Date is filled.
How do I edit the Page Properties for the other fields?

On the forums there are lot's of articles on how to insert Macro tables with that information but none of the articles tackle the problem itself.
